Bananas Foster
Ingredients
   1/2 cup butter or margerine
   1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
   1 teaspoon imitation rum extract
   1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
   4 bananas sliced into 1/4" diagonal slices
   ice cream
Directions
- Melt butter in a large skillet.
- Add sugar and stir until dissolved.
- Stir in rum extract and cinnamon.
- Add bananas to skillet and cook 2 minutes, stirring gently to coat banana slices.
- Place 1 or 2 scoops ice cream in each serving dish and spoon banana slices and sauce over it.
- Serve immediately.
