Mexican Casserole
Ingredients
   1 pound ground beef
   1 medium onion
   1 can cream of celery soup
   1 can enchilada sauce
   2 cans ranch style beans
   1 cup milk
   12 corn tortillas
   2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions
- Brown ground beef and onion and drain fat.
- Mix in soup, sauce, beans and milk. Heat through.
- Tear tortillas into 4ths and layer bottom of 9" x 13" dish.
- Pour meat mixture over tortillas and top with a layer of cheese.
- Repeat layers until mixture is used or you run out of room in the dish.
- Bake 1 hour at 350o.
