Mexican Casserole

Ingredients

   1 pound ground beef
   1 medium onion
   1 can cream of celery soup
   1 can enchilada sauce
   2 cans ranch style beans
   1 cup milk
   12 corn tortillas
   2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions

  1. Brown ground beef and onion and drain fat.
  2. Mix in soup, sauce, beans and milk. Heat through.
  3. Tear tortillas into 4ths and layer bottom of 9" x 13" dish.
  4. Pour meat mixture over tortillas and top with a layer of cheese.
  5. Repeat layers until mixture is used or you run out of room in the dish.
  6. Bake 1 hour at 350o.
