Ham & Swiss Quiche
Ingredients
   1 unbaked 9 inch (4 cup volume) deep dish pie shell
   12 ounces Nestlé Carnation Evaporated Milk
   3 large eggs
   1/4 cup all-purpose flour
   8 ounces Swiss cheese
   1/2 cup cooked ham
   1/4 cup green onions
   1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
   1/4 teaspoon salt
   1/8 teaspoon black pepper, ground
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350o.
- Whisk together evaporated milk, eggs and flour in large bowl.
- Stir in 1/2 cup cheese, ham, sliced green onions, thyme, salt and pepper.
- Pour mixture into pie shell and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
- Bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
- Cool on wire rack for 5 to 7 minutes before serving.
Preparation Time 20 minutes
Cooking Time 45 to 50 minutes
Serves approximately 8
