Shampoo carpets
Clean blinds, drapes or curtains
Clean ceiling fans
Clean throw rugs and mats
Vacuum and wash/shampoo furniture

Attic
Check for repairs:
caulking around windows
Broken window panes
Broken light fixtures
Broken outlets and switches
Frayed electrical cords
Inspect for insects and rodents. Treat.
Clean windows.
Wash curtains.
Clean light fixtures.
Wash, polish, paint moldings and baseboards.
Vacuum, wash, paint walls.
Clean vents.

Remove and clean items hanging on walls.
Vacuum smoke alarms. Replace batteries.

Quarterly-Car
(check owner's manual and with mechanic for recommended maintenance for your vehicle. Do maintenance essential for warranty.)
Shampoo carpets
Shampoo upholstery
Check gas and brake pedals for wear/replace as needed
Condition leather seats, door panel inserts, dashboard and wheels
Drain oil and replace filter.
Clean terminals and cables on battery/ replace fray/cracked cables
Check electrical connections on starter/alternator.
Check and adjust drive belt, air pump and fan belt.
Clean radiator of debris.
Check transfer case and manual transmission lubricant.
Clean condenser grille on A/C.
Check for leaks at connections on A/C.
Check refrigerant level and transmission fluid.
Degrease engine.
Check wiper blades.
Check windshield washer fluid level, check hose and clean nozzle.
Wash vinyl interior.
Lubricate suspension front.
Check rear axel fluid level.
Grease front end.
