My Rules Of Health
- Drink 12 glasses of water a day.
- Drink 3 glasses of milk a day.
- Drink 1 glass of juice a day.
- Excercise 30 minutes everyday.
- Eat 3 well sensible meals a day.
- Do 15 minutes of yoga a day.
- Do 20 minutes of pilates a day.
- Cut soda and junk food out of diet - just forget it.
- Replace icecream with yogurt and fruits.
- Replace chips with celery, carrots and vegetible dip.
- Replace nacho cheese with salsa or gaucamole.
- Keep consumption of red meat on low.
- Healthy soups are very filling.
- Again, forget junk food exist.
- When you crave food, excercise. (punish yourself)
- When you're hungry, then eat, damnit.
