Iowa State Route 927 runs east-west from North-Central Muscatine County to the Quad-Cities. It parelles to the south of I-80. On July 1st, 2003 this highway was de-commisioned and turned over to other local highway agencies. On a trip through the area, in September, 2003, the IA St Rt 927 shield was removed from the BGS on SB I-280. The list of de-commisioned highwasy from the Iowa DOT does not list this route on it.
