Du Page County Highway 40 is a north-south highway in Central Du Page County. This runs along three different highways. The first is Yackley Avenue, from Warrenville Road to Maple Avenue. Then on College Road from Maple Avenue to Hobson Road. It uses Wehrli Road from Hobson Road to 75th Street.
The begin marker on SB DPCH 40 at DPCH 3. This assembly is similar to one found on DPCH 31. NB DPCH 40 at I-88. The end marker on at DPCH 3.
