Kankakee County Highway 9 runs east-west across the northern section of Kankakee County. This is a major through route for this area. It runs along W 9000N Road to Manteno. Then continues out of Manteno on E 9000N Road to N 8000E Road and head south for 1 mile, to E 8000N Road, and ends at IL St Rt 1/17 near Grant Park.
