May Long Weekend 2003
Pine Point - Lac De Mille Lac

We spent our 3rd May Long Weekend at Pine Point Resort visiting with family and friends. It was openning weekend for pikerel and we caught lots. I might have out fished Pilker but I don't want to brag. The pictures tell all!  
  We caught so many fish we had to eat them. We had our usual fish fry Saturday afternoon. It was delicious.
 
Not only did we have food on Saturday but we had a big spaghetti supper on Sunday. Big thanks to Auntie Mary for her homemade sauce and meatballs. See Mystery Recipe for more info.  
 
 
Every long weekend the Mud Bay residents of Pine Point can pay into a fishing derby. Biggest fish caught within the set time gets the cash. There is an official weigh in and everything. This weekends winner was Bill Forbes 4lbs 8oz
