1 pound ground beef
2 eggs
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1 garlic clove minced
1/2 tsp chopped parsley
1/2 tsp salt and pepper

Mix well and roll into balls

Fry over medium heat turning as needed

Add to spaghetti sauce or enjoy plain
