Tuna Steaks and Ginger


    4 8 -ounce tuna steaks
    ¼ cup light soy sauce
    2 tablespoons dark sesame oil
    2 tablespoons rice vinegar
    1 tablespoon garlic, minced
    1 tablespoon ginger, minced
    1 green onion, sliced thinly

    Blend soy sauce, sesame oil, vinegar, ginger, garlic, and onion together. Place the steaks in a plastic bag and add the mixture refrigerate at the minimum of 30 minutes.

    Cook over a medium hot grill pan or outdoor grill about 10 minutes each side. Brushing marinade on each side during cooking.

    Serves four
