Paragraph tag moves the cursor down two lines and can be achieved by pressing 'Enter'
Break moves the cursor down one line and is found in the 'Caracters' section of the 'Objects' toolbar

Blockquote. This is a tag which indents your text from the left hand side of the page. It is similar in effect to a hanging indent in a word procesor. You need to click the Quick Tag Editor on the Properties tool bar and select 'Blockquote' from the list.
