Bruce to Barnstorm:
Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band to play 46 shows in 46 cities this year.
'The Rising' Tour will continue in 2003 with dates in Australia, Europe, and finish next summer in the United States.
Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band will spend the first part of their 2002-2003 tour barnstorming through North America and Europe. The band will play a total of 46 shows in 46 cities. Thirty-nine of the shows will take place in North America, and seven in Europe.
This year's rock concerts will be followed by the continuation of the tour in 2003. Springsteen's plans currently include Australia, a return to Europe, and then a return to the United States, where he and the band will do multiple shows in major cities throughout the summer of 2003.

July 30 release on Columbia Records Release is the first album of new songs
recorded with the E Street Band since 1984 'The Rising,' Bruce Springsteen's
first all-new studio recording with the E Street Band since 1984, is set for
release by Columbia Records on July 30, 2002. The album is produced by
Brendan O'Brien and features 14 new songs and the E Street Band version of
'My City of Ruins'. 'The Rising' was recorded this year at Southern Tracks
Recording in Atlanta, GA with the E Street Band, whose members are: Roy
Bittan - keyboards; Clarence Clemons - saxophone, percussion; Danny Federici
- keyboards; Nils Lofgren - guitars; Patti Scialfa - vocals, guitar; Garry
Tallent - bass; Steven Van Zandt - guitars; Max Weinberg - drums. The song titles on 'The Rising'
are as follows: Lonesome
