As his band works through its tour with Papa Roach and Powerman 5000, Korn's Jonathan Davis now finds himself with weightier matters to contend with.
Davis is being sued by his estranged wife, Renee Davis, who is seeking half of the money the Korn frontman made over the course of the couple's nine-year relationship.
Renee and Jonathan were married in November 1998 and are now separated. The couple has one son, Nathan Davis.
Representatives for Korn declined to comment on the suit
