The Lovebox London Weekender
Getting anyone to come to a festival remains a challenge. This is always a surprise as a festival remains just about the most fun you can have, but this time around even I wasn't sure if I wanted to go through all the hassle of camping and organisation involved. I then spotted Lovebox festival which was the answer to my prayers! A festival where camping isn't required, a friend who was happy to go and the only Flaming Lips performance in England for all of 2008! Transport links were easy so all I'd have to do is turn up, enjoy the music then sleep underneath a proper roof. So was the reality as good as the theory? Read on...
