This can be found on the 12" version of Rings Around The World on a third record hidden inside the paper sleeve. As this 7" record rotates it plays the same slice of techno over and over again: Hence the track is effectively an infinite loop! There is a reference on the album's sticker to side C playing 'inside out', hence the name of this track.
