3/23/00....."Dissapear" on the radio The new song "Disappear" has been sent out to radio stations and is now on the air world wide. The song will be on the Mission impossible II soundtrack which will be released 25 of April.
3/23/00....New summer tour! We hoped, but didn't know for sure. It is now official. Metallica will be on tour this summer. No dates or places are released yet, but my guess is that they will do some festivals in Europe and stadium gigs in the US. Please do not e-mail me and ask about dates. I will post them here and in the newsletter as soon as I know.
3/23/00....No leaf clover - 3CD single review The 3 CD single set "No leaf clover" is finally released. Again Metallica choose to put the same song on 3 different singels just to make the life a little cooler (and more expensive) for us collectors. I guess you have heard the song so I will not mention it too much here. Let us start by looking at the goodies on the discs:

3. S&M documentary (Part 3) (CD ROM Video) PART 1 This is a cool CD, but there is not much new stuff here. The CD-ROM video is the same video as you can see on MTV and other channels, except it is stamp sized here. The "S&M documentary" is also available elsewhere. It is the same as you can get on the limited edition VHS video of "S&M". Still very cool if you haven't seen it, probably the best documentary done by and with Metallica. PART 2 Again we have an enhanced CD. This time with the second part
of the documentary. You will also get all teh lyrics to all the songs on "S&M", cool, but they are not printable. There is also a photo gallery. I don't know why they call it a "gallery" as there are only 8 photos, most of them seen before. Like the cover of the S&M album
PART 3 Includes the last part of the documentary plus a Metallica screen saver. The screen saver contains many Metallica photos which is jumping on the screen. Not the best screen saver I have seen, but it is the first official screen saver.
