August 31-It's been a long time since I updated. Well, Aaron is appearing in Cold's new video "Bleed" which is an acoustic track by Scooter, and Aaron plays guitar and sings back up vocals for the song. It's a cool video, check it out. Aaron will also be doing vocals on Sevendust's new cd. More info later.

July 7-"Staind's latest, Break the Cycle, has been reported double platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA). Platinum honors are given to musicians to commemorate every one million units shipped. The popular release had shipped more than two million units from the warehouse by June 13th, which marks the official date of certification by the RIAA." -Staind Official Online Club

Congratulations Staind on going double platinum in two months.

July 1-Uploaded a "Suffocate" mp3. It's there for your downloading pleasure. I'm planning on uploading more mp3s soon. It takes forever. If anyone knows of a fast FTP server, e-mail me.

June 30-I made a new logo. Those of you who have seen the old one, if you could e-mail me and tell me which you like better, I'd appreciate it.

June 27-Staind is on the cover of Rolling Stone magazine. It features an interview with Aaron about his life. Go pick it up at your local music store, grocery store, Wal-Mart, or wherever else magazines are sold. You can also read more about it from Rolling Stone.com. I have been kind of busy and somewhat lazy, but I have come up with a page for you to go to for Staind Win-Amp skins, and not have to search or leave the site. It's right here until I can put all the code and links onto my own page.

Less importantly, since you came here to hear about Staind, not my site, is that I am now linked on www.metalindex.com, along with RollingStone.com.

Also, Staind's new release, Break the Cycle, has been on the top of the chart for the third consecutive week. Isn't that great? May 25-Break the Cycle was released on Tuesday, May 22^nd. If you want it cheap, go to Best Buy. I got it there for $11.99 in good 'ol tax-free New Hampshire. Target also has it for $13.99.
