Kent Cloverleaf Conservation Club was started in 1964, by a group of hunters, and conservation minded people in the Chatham-Kent area.
It has grown from a small shack, where you had to bring your own chair when you come, to a great meeting place for the members, and families to relax, and to enjoy shooting sports and club activities.
We now have about 190 members,3 trap fields, skeet field, indoor and outdoor pistol, outdoor centerfire rifle, blackpowder rifle, and archery.
Some of our events include International Defensive Pistol (IDPA), PPC, Cowboy Action, Bullseye pistol. All of our ranges exceed federal guidelines, recently imposed on all firearms ranges.
The Kent Cloverleaf Conservation Club is very proud to be the host for the annual Trapshoot for Huntington Disease each year. We invite all people from the public to join us in the fight against Huntington Disease in the Chatham-Kent area, and all across Canada. We hope to expand on the Huntington Trapshoot, by having other clubs become involved to host a shoot in their area.
We are affiliated with the Ontario Federation of Anglers and Hunters, Canadian Shooting Sports Association, International Defensive Pistol Association and the Canadian Institute for Legislative Action. All of these organizations also help us in the advertising of this great charity, and the efforts that we are putting forth for the cure against HD.
