Topic: Bochinclonny History
Today, I returned to Albuquerque, for school. On the way back, I dropped off my grandfather so he could visit with his relatives in Nashchitti (Nahashch'idi). I visited with Wado's grand-daughter Sherry who told me more about my grandfather's ancestry. Wado's father who was originally from Nahashch'idi brought is wife Hanaazbaa' back from White Cone area where the Tse Nahabinii Clan is originally from.
Our family was never sure where Wado's last name came from (Bochinclonny). How he got the name is still unknown, but Sherry told me his name comes from the English rendering of the Navajo name Ba Achini ani (Many Children)
Lincoln Nez supposably has an extensive family tree chart that I'd like to see someday.
