Seems like just yesterday I was watching the special Big Breakfast with the crew riding Energizer before the park opened anywho...Energizer opened in 1995 and was a complete shock the public had never seen anything like it so it was busy from the day it opened then in 1998 Alton moved it down to X-sector and themed it to look like the rides down there but for some reason on the way down it magically turned into a family ride not a thrill ride and as X-sector was after thrill rides in 2001 they moved it yet again back to its original place and yet again it had another lick of paint they themed it like Ug land and then the boneshaker was born. Although it isn't as violent as when it first opened and it doesn't swing you half as bad it still packs a punch the first swing at the start don't half make you tummy turn. After 7 years the good old Mondial Supernova still attracts the crowds |

I personally love this ride its so fun and easy to ride I never rode it when it first opened so I cant comment on how violet it was but I have been told by many people that it was a lot better back then but I don't care I still love the boneshaker. |
