X - Sector
This area used to be known as fantasy world when the only rides it had were Pirate ship and Cine 2000. Then in 1984 Alton Towers opened the new roller coaster called the Black hole. The model Dinosaurs that we used as theming were moved to the log flume then during the 1980s the graviton and turbo star were installed but they were later removed. Then in 1997 something weird was happening around fantasy world all the rides were missing apart from the Black hole and half of the area was fenced off and there were security guards patrolling the area but no matter how much you asked them for information all the said was the date that oblivion opened "14/6/98" but at this point no one knew what this date was for. Then the 1998 season opened and the shock of Oblivion the worlds first vertical drop roller coaster and along with Enterprise and Energizer with the new ride came a new name fantasy world was now known as X - Sector. Then for the 2001 season Energizer was moved up to Ug land and called Bone Shaker and submission opened in it place. So now the line up is Oblivion, Black hole, Enterprise and Submission.
Theming
X - Sector in my eyes has the best theming it has little of it but it is really good every ride has blue and gray colours which makes them look very futuristic
