Elvis has been dubbed the Entertainer of the Century. A title so duely deserverd that it would be a crime to bestow it upon anyone else. However, a title so highly regarded, that hundreds of entertainers have not even stepped foot into the shadow of such and immense crown.

Elvis was more than an entertainer, though. He was first and foremost, a man. A man from humble beginnings, and a role model for everyone. We see the person on stage, wearing a sequined suit, and singing beautiful songs, the rest of us fall in love with. The Elvis we see, wasn't the man, but the legend. The man was humble, polite, and modest. For those, that never knew Elvis, or heard about his off stage life; it is more the remembrance of himself as a person, than it is of what he did on stage or on screen.

Somehow, after 25 years, we are still falling in love with the same songs that we did, when Elvis was alive. His posthumous career, is in itself, belittling to other artists, who are just now in their prime. To look back on the career of Elvis Presley that spanned 23 years and to call that person, the King of Rock n' Roll is most deserving. However, to look back on the career of Elvis, when in death he is more famous then when alive, and is now touching more hearts than ever, nothing can describe this person of legend.

It is only fitting that we remember a man, whose words, music, and most importantly, his soul, has touched millions. For without him, we would not be that much happier, or cry that much harder, or with more tears of joy and elation, as when his voice is heard, in a song so sweet.

Ladies and gentlemen, the purpose of this website is to let you understand Elvis Presley for who he was, and to also keep his memory alive. He did so much for us, and never asked for anything in return. Now it's our turn to repay a man who did it all for the fans. Who lived and died doing what he loved best—making people happy.
