Dry ingredients:

3 cups whole wheat flour

½ cup cornmeal

½ tbp brewers yeast

2 tbp of cheddar cheese powder (optional)

Wet ingredients:

1 large egg

1 128ml baby food (e.g. chicken, beef, turkey or vegetable)

½ cup 1% milk

¾ cup water

Combine dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.

Beat the egg, add in water, milk, and baby food in a separate bowl and mix well.

Gradually blend in the wet ingredients with the flour mixture until the mixture looks like cookie dough.

Pour the dough onto a lightly greased baking sheet and spread evenly on the sheet to 1/4" thickness.

Score dough with a knife carefully into 1" cookie square.

Bake 50 minutes at 375° F.

Tips: Leave cookies to cool in the oven for several hours or even overnight so that they hardened. Store in plastic container and put in the fridge.
