As you explore Earth and Signus you will meet a number of non-player characters who can help or hinder your progress:
Vendors who sell food and drinks, small store owners who sell weapons and armor are scattered throughout the city areas.
The Warden on Street1 can take you to Prison.
The Doctor in any hospital will help you recover HP, MP, and Stamina (for free).
The Bank Clerk will help you make deposits and withdrawals of cash and items at any bank.
The Geologist, who travels the world, may be found on Street3 to sell you a map.
The Geographer, a strange old man, wanders Downtown1. The Runaway Girl, on Street1, Street2, and Street3, to sell you PAS and disguise cream.
The Scientist may sell you High-Tech weapons in Downtown1.
The Old Woman, found in Street1 or Street3, can sell you Dyes or Accessories.
The Watchman (if that is who he really is) in Downtown1, can sell you grenades!
Kasham, is a special agent from Signus; catch him at his house in Sahara2.

The TradeShop Owner will help you trade/sell your items. Should he be able to sell something for you he will mail you the proceeds. The Trader is located in Sahara1 and Street1.
