PARKS & RECREATION
The Torbay Parks and Recreation started in 1982. It operates from the Kinsmen Center. The premises contain the Kinsmen building which can be used for bookings, a tennis court, a softball field and a playground.
Parks and Rec. also offers a children's summer camp which also operates on the premises of the Kinsmen Centre and is in operation for the months of July and August. It employes students as camp councillors to work with the kids enrolled in this program.
