Naked Beggars is a rock band that features Cinderella bass player Eric Brittingham and guitarist Jeff Labar. Brittingham’s wife, Inga, is the lead vocalist. At first glance, naysayer may grin and declare this band as nothing more than another case of Yoko Syndrome. In fact, Inga has already heard it all. So, let’s set the record straight before even getting to the reviews: Naked Beggars is a real rock band fronted by Mrs. Eric Brittingham. That is where the jokes and comparisons should end. The fact is Naked Beggars have a groove and a sound of their own.
Looking back at Cinderella’s past catalog one can see that there is a huge blues/hard rock influence. Labar has been masking his blues licks into Cinderella’s classic songs for decades so it really should come as no surprise that he would step outside the hair band to explore his hard rock roots if given the chance. Mr. Brittingham impresses as well as he produces the band and helps arrange all of the songs. Mrs. Brittingham takes care of the vocals and seems to provide a lot of the soul of the group. It doesn’t hurt that she is sexy as hell – blond hair, tattoos, pouty lips and killer body. Oh yeah, and she can sing to boot.
Inga’s vocals are hard to nail down so I am not going to try. Upon first glance there is nothing overly unique about them to set her apart from other female rock singers but upon further listening there is something special about her. Maybe it is her technique or perhaps it is her passion. Either way, the end result is a new rock band who is not afraid to be themselves. There are no detuned guitars and the songs are upbeat and fun instead of depressing. Some may show a bit of the band’s decadent side but this is, after all, rock n’ roll. The best of the bunch are the Aerosmith-ish "Ain’t Your Mama," the retro 60's feel of "Creep" and the balls-to-the-wall crunch of the title track. In the end, let’s hope this band continues and that somehow, somewhere and someway somebody has the balls to play this to the people. There are still killer rock bands loitering around out there. We just need to help spread the word. Do Naked Beggars and all of 70's style hard rock a favor and buy Spit It Out today!--Classic Rock Revisited CLASSIC ROCK REVISITED
This, the second release by Naked Beggars, has got to be by far the best release I have heard in 2006. The band includes two members of Cinderella, guitarist Jeff LaBar and bassist Eric Brittingham on bass, along with Kris Casamento on guitars, Kristine Braswell on keyboards and fiddle, Shawn Hughes on drums, and Inga Brittingham on lead vocals. This CD is rocky, bluesy, and soulfull. Inga has an amazing enough voice and I don't understand how she isn't a household name already. All these songs are great, but the ones that really do it for me are "Whats the Question," "Hole in the Wall," "Creep," "Nothin' But Trouble," and "Too Late," where Inga really shines. Any fan of any rock music of the past thirty years will really like this release.-- Guillermo Rascon, The Scene Rocks, THE SCENE ROCKS

Get ready for something that is long overdue! Beautiful, strong-voiced, well-proportioned, she's a wild Amazon - she'll take you on, put you down and spit you out, then turn around and coo like a dove. Hot Hot Hot!--Rock Mom
You have the BEST site of Inga!!! She rocks & she is without a doubt, my favorite female singer ever!!! -- Terri Clough
Inga's voice is really astonishing. Her range is fantastic! She has got loads of talent, and God knows the music of today needs it more than ever!--V.D
Inga is a cool, rock-n-roll, bluesy woman! Her vocals just blow you away. She takes full control of any situation and she is very down-to-earth laid-back woman. Her voice tops Kristie Hynde (of the Pretenders) and Pat Benatar. Her voice is just totally awesome! When I listen to Naked Beggar's music I just close my eyes and relax because the music is just phenomenal when you have unique, one-of-a-kind vocals singing the lyrics. Inga and Naked Beggars are the best I've seen yet in a long time.!--Kathy Moreland
Inga is HOT!!! And she has one hell of a voice!--Joey M.

Inga reminds me of a wildcat. She sings her heart out and to me thats what it takes to make a song sound good, besides good music.--Shelly in Orlando

The Naked Beggars rock! And it's about frickin' time we had a new female rock vocalist on the scene. Inga has some serious pipes on her! The whole album is great, but my fav song is Discombobulated. Thank you for finally giving us something we can sink our teeth into! Jennifer Cole
