We were so fortunate that Bob and Debbie White of Conquest Boxers co-bred and co-own with us the lovely Joey. This sassy girl needed an equally sassy name, hence the great Toby Keith song; her call name...just seemed to fit this little spit fire, but was originally picked when she was just a few hours old in honor of USC running back, Joe McKnight. Joey is staying at Rosend, but is a joint Yon/White effort! We couldn't be more excited...Joey racked up a Best Puppy in Specialty and Best Puppy in Sweepstakes from the 6-9 class (beautifully handled by Cheryl Cates...thanks Cheryl!).
Finishing at 11 months of age with a 5-point major by breeder-judge Pat Healy, going WB/BOS, Joey's time in the ring was short but very sweet. She was handled beautifully by Kimberlie Steele-Gamero...we couldn't be more thrilled! Joey is the second in her litter to finish, following closely behind her brother, Grand Champion "Riley," and is the second champion for both her Mom and Dad. Joey comes from a litter of four Champions, shown below:

- ARVC - positive heterozygous
- DM - "at risk"
- Asculation/Doppler - Asculation and Doppler by Board-certified Cardiologist, Dr. Kienle, 10/11 - results normal
- Holter monitor - to be done at 2 years of age
