Anything and Everything may be listed here as long as the content of the Page is a Role-Playing realm, group, or system. The only thing is, the following steps must be followed.
To Be Listed
	Step 1	Send an Email to RingofRealms@Yahoo.com with the following information. Please remember, this information will be listed on The Realm of Rings page, and anyone may view this. 1. Realm Name - 2. Type of Realm - Chat, Message Board, Mud, or PBEM. 3. Place of the RP. Message board URL, chatroom URL, or anything. 4. Any contact information to get a hold of the Person(s) in charge of the realm. 5. Any information page, link, contact which would be suitable for a "new" player to go to for help. (this part isn't required) 6. An Image, Banner, or Logo for the Realm. (if any, this part is not required. ) 7. The URL for the Realm's Page 8. A short description of the Realm (under 200 words please).
	Step 2	Place somewhere on the Page the logo for The Ring of Realms with the proper URL so people may link back to this page. More information see the Linking section.
To Be Unlisted
	Step 1	For a person to be unlisted from the Realm Rings is send an email (RingofRealms@Yahoo.com ) requesting that they be removed from the page. Please remember to include the following. 1. the name of the Realm 2. The Type of the realm.
Change of Information
	Step 1	If anyone would like the information which is listed on the Realm Rings page to be changed, they only have to send an email to RingofRealms@Yahoo.com with the following. 1. The name of the Realm 2. The Type of the Realm. 3. Then the new information which they would like changed/added/ and what have you.
