Your application will reviewed by the GameMasters and you will be send a reply E-mail, If your form is not complete you will be send a E-mail asking for a completed
form. As well if any of your awnsers dont make sense or are to short/long you will also recive an E-mail telling you how you could fix the problems.

To join we need to know the following:

1. Clan (The name of the clan to wich your character belongs.)

2. Real Name (The true name of your character, May be unknown.)

3. Name (The name by wich other characters will know your character.)

4. Sex (Either male or female, No exeptions.)

5. Sire (The name, Either Real of Alias of the vampire who embraced your character.)

6. Generation (Please check the generations section!, Characters may be from 10th to 18th generation. For a character any
older you must have permission from the GameMaster(s).)

7. Birth Date and Location (Where the character was born ad when (Refers to human birth.)

8. Progeny (Any vampires you characters has embraced. List names, aliases or both.)

9. Position (Any position with in Vampire socity you character may hold. IE: Prince, Primogen, Gang leader. To be a prince or
primogen you must have permission from the GameMasters(s).)

10. Group Affiliation (Characters may be either Sabbat, Cammirilla, or Anarch.)

11. Description ( A description of the physical and mental characteristics of your character as well as how your character acts.
Be as detiled as possible.)

12. Background (A description of the past experiances of your character, Be as descriptive as possible.)

13. Items or Weapons (Any special items of weapons yor character may carry, No super weapons IE. Sword of death "Kills
Everything it touches" Be descriptive but keep it simple. Weapons include, Guns, Swords, Knives ect...)

14. Disciplines ( Rate them on a scale of 1-3 1=Strongest 3=Weakest, Read the Disciplines sction of the website for
descriptions. You may only choose disciplines you clan may possess.)

15. A Picture (Not requried but a very nice addition to your character profile, Image may come from anyware, T.V, Art,
Movies ect...)
