Hey, this is the bio form to be used for all brought in characters to X-Men Evolved RPG. It's pretty thorough, I admit. But, we want to know as much as possible so we can interact much better.

Please fill out every space to the best of your knowledge. Typing "none" or "unknown" is better than leaving it blank. Please use this form if you want to be recognized.
