Powers/Mutations:
Ability to stick and climb on virtually any surface, even ceilings. Incredible agility, speed, and strength. Can shoot strands of very strong and sticky webbing from the underside of his wrists. Has a bit of a sixth sense to detect approaching danger.
History:
Alex was a normal kid who liked to read and was a bit of an amateur photographer. However, after school one day, some kids decided to have some fun with him and try to grab his camera. Alex ran from them and hid in an alleyway. Unbeknownst to him, the alleyway was nearby a strange laboratory which had just discovered that a test-creature, a spider, had scaped. Sure enough, the tarantula-sized spider, which was pumped full of chemicals and doused with dangerous levels of radiation, found Alex and bit him quite badly on his right hand, the fangs scratching out two lines down his skin. Alex freaked and squashed the spider flat and ran out of the alleyway. He had just made it as far as a convenience store when he collapsed, his hand throbbing and a sudden fever developing. He was rushed to a hospital and stayed there for a couple of nights until he felt good enough to go home. It was then that strange things began happening to him...
Personality:
Sometimes seen as quiet because he likes to read. Easy enough to
talk to, but can sometimes be rather reserved. Goes from loving his powers to
fearing what he has become. Doesn't like being pushed around.
Favorite Music and Pasttime: Likes JPop and country. Pasttimes are reading,
photography, and swimming.

Quirks, limitations, abilities, & other weird stuff:
Can only shoot out a
stream of webbing, not a wide spread. Doesn't know how... yet. His webbing
naturally dissolves completely after 24 hours and begins to degrade after
20 hours. As his mutation is unnatural, it isn't known if it is completely
stable or not, but it seems to be stable enough.
Alex is quite an interesting character who has grown over time in role play. While insecure over the fact that his mutation isn't natural, he's become more self confident and matured as time rolled on. Of course having an expectant girlfriend has that effect. ~V~
