The seven friends sit around a fire
The seven friends discuss what they desire

The seven friends are from different times
The seven friends have not committed any crimes

The seven friends have one ship
The seven friends are on a time trip

The seven friends do have names
The seven friends each have different claims

Crono, Marle, Lucca, Ayla, Robo, Frog and Magus is what each is called
They face danger and escape, unmauled

They save the world, and are thanked not
They do not wish attention, at least not a lot

They each return to their own time after the meet
Hoping they can return to their homes on their feet

Every star shines the same
They each have their own life to claim

Seven friends sat around a fire
All were discussing the same desire
