Pintar is handsdown the oldest civilization on Destiny, steeped in tradition and mystery the Pintarin society has been un-changed for centuries.
Magic has always played a huge part in everyday life. Pintarins use magic as normal folk would hammer and nails. they build structures hands-free, erect monoliths to Lady Deianira without touching a chisel. Their years and years of study and dedication to the arcane have gave them the impression that they are evolved above normal man.
The desert cities thrive among the hot sand and sun, water being channeled from hundreds, sometimes thousands of miles away through ingenius aquaducts and waterways, all powered by magic.
Today Pintarins are virtually unchanged, and go about their arrogant ways without much care for the outside world.
The capital city of Dune Center, is a wonderous sight to behold, a jewel upon the desert. The streets are flooded with robed figures, floating here and there, heads bowed. The bizaar houses row upon row of magical items and merchants.
Even 8 moons is apprehensive to step foot into the rippling edges of Pintar, the very air tingles with magic.
