Physical Description:
-Beast Mode: A 3 feet tall penguin with a metallic black body with a metallic white underbelly and mask. His feet are metallic black and his beak is metallic orange.
-Robot Mode: His legs are metallic white with metallic black boots up to his shins. His blasters are kept in black holsters strapped around each upper leg. His torso is metallic white with a metallic black chest plate and a black utility belt, where he keeps his tool kit. His arms are metallic white with five charges strapped around each upper arm and has metallic black gloves up to the middle of his forearms. His head is similar to Rattrap’s, but he does not have the buck teeth and he doesn’t have the brain-like top, it is just smooth up there. His head is black with yellow optics. His beast mode head and wings fold to his back.
-Third Mode: Retains his beast mode in this stage. His legs and beast mode wings become treads and skis. A seat pops out of his back and is able to carry a small bot. Mainly metallic white with metallic black patches. On the back and sides, small jet engines pop out and help propel him along. Used especially in water environments. Keeps complete control in all situations.

Personality: Honorable, yet arrogant. He has great respect for all of those who have teamed with him, and even greater respect for his mentor Sector and his deceased friend Dusk. He listens to his superiors, but at the same time, does things his way, which can upset some easily. While he is trained in survival and prefers to work alone, he does work well with small groups, but again insists on doing things his way. Throughout his life, he has been plagued by Predacons, and now sees them as nothing more than cowards with great firepower, and thus has taken it upon himself to reduce the Predacon population of the universe. While his heart is heavy with revenge, he does not blindly attack Predacons, but waits it out, studies them, until he sees an opportune time to strike and eliminate them.

When not studying or slaggin’ Predacons, he can be found tinkering around, perfecting his infiltration skills, or even perfecting his survival skills. While his heart is full of revenge, it is also full of sorrow and looks to get rid of it, yet realizes that it will always remain there. He tries to make friends with any Maximal he meets, but sometimes it doesn’t work out.

History: A Maximal ship was caught in a gunfight with a Predacon ship over a snowy wasteland planetoid. A blast from the Predacon ship breached the hull of the ship of the cargo bay, a stasis pod fell out and crashed onto the planetoid below. Maximal scanners picked up the pod’s signal and alerted the Maximals of the situation. The Maximals managed to fend off the Predacon ship and proceeded to land on the planetoid below. When the Maximal ship landed, they sent out a search party to retrieve the pod. A young Maximal named Nightfall eventually found the pod, but the DNA scanners were already activated and complete. Nightfall opened the pod and found a Transmetal penguin inside. He took the penguin back to the ship and began to talk with him. The penguin told Nightfall his name was Frostbite and since then they have traveled, trained, and fought together.

It is unknown how this happened, but a rogue Maximal named Sector found the damaged bodies of Frostbite, Nightfall, their enemy Jumpstart, and the sparkless body of Tankfire. He took Frostbite, Nightfall, and Jumpstart aboard his ship and took off. He put the bodies into CR chambers and they quickly recovered, but remained temporarily offline. He added some new additions to their bodies then turned them online. He erased their memories of the past and gave them new names. Nightfall became Dusk, Jumpstart became Midnight, and Frostbite became Arctic. He gave them new weapons and improved some of their old ones and he began to train them. He trained each in the fields of Demolitions, Espionage, Hand to Hand combat, and Survival. He also trained each one in separate fields: Dusk trained in Swordsmanship, Midnight trained in Hunting and Tracking, and Arctic trained in Sharpshooting.

One day, Midnight grew sick and tired of hearing Sector preach his beliefs of honor, so Midnight destroyed Sector and took off in a small space cruiser. Seeking revenge, Arctic and Dusk chased Midnight across the cosmos, but the lost his track. They then traveled the cosmos, searching for Midnight and taking up odd jobs as Mercenaries to keep them going, financially. One day, while passing by a planet called Titron, they were attacked by a Predacon ship. They were forced to land on Titron due to damages, and the Predacon ship landed too. The Predacons boarded their ship and Arctic and Dusk soon found out that Midnight was leading them. Due to their size in numbers, the Predacons quickly overpowered them and took them hostage. Midnight had his Predacons line Arctic and Dusk in a line for execution. Midnight was about to shoot Arctic, but Dusk jumped in the way and took the blast. Before Dusk died, he told Arctic to run, and Dusk activated a charge, which blew up and took most of the Preds, but more importantly, Dusk’s and Midnight’s lives. Arctic escaped to a nearby civilization, where he was able to purchase a small starhopper. He then took off, looking for a place where he could find a way to extract revenge on the Predacon race. Eventually, the starhopper returned to Cybertron and Arctic reenlisted into the military. His skills were called upon and reassigned to a small reconnaissance to search for a lost scientific team.

Weapons:
-Remote Detonated Charges: Small metal boxes, about the size of cigarette boxes, that are full of small energon crystals. They have a small extendible antennae on the top that must be extended in order to detonate the charge. The remote looks like a keyless car remote with one small red button that sends a signal that detonates that particular charge. He has ten of these, five strapped around each upper arm.
-Rapid Fire Plasma Blasters: Two blasters that look like Terran mini-uzis. They are colored black with chrome lining along the barrel and handle. Ammo is fed through clips, which are attached at the front of the blaster. Each clip carries fifty rounds, and Arctic carries five spare clips for each blaster. Each blaster is capable of firing 10 rounds a click, but Arctic usually keeps it down to five rounds a click for conservation. If an entire clip is unloaded onto a single target, it is capable of easily battering heavy armor. Kept in holster on each upper leg. Spare clips kept in utility belt.
-Plasma Rifle: Looks like a Terran rifle. Is black in color with a black, non-gloss finish. There is a scope on the top, with the same finish, and has a flap that covers the lens. There is also a silencer, same finish, on the mouth of the barrel. Ammo fed from clips near the front of the rifle. Each clip contains ten plasma blasts each, and Arctic carries five spare clips. A single blast is capable of piercing weak armors cleanly. Spare clips kept in utility belt.

Equipment:
-Special Thermal Armor: Specially designed armor given to him by Sector that is able to tolerate the most extreme cold weather, whether it be sub-arctic or deep sea.
-Tool Kit: A kit that he holds in his utility belt, which is comprised of various tools that range from repair tools to hacking tools to infiltration tools.
-Stealth System: An internal system that renders it’s user undetectable to any form of tracking systems for an extended period of time. Can last up to half a mega cycle, but needs a fifteen cycle recharge time between uses.
-Wing Shields: The wings of his beast mode can slide off of his back and onto his arms, thus able to be used as shields. Each wing can resist constant fire for up to 2 cycles before giving way.
-Utility Belt: A simple utility belt with many compartments. He holds his spare clips and tool kit in this belt.
-Infrared Scanners: Also given to him by Sector, these are fiber optic lenses that cover his optics at command. Used especially in cold environments, such as arctic wastelands and oceans. Able to pick up all heat signals, but signs of energon use are more noticable.
