Physical Description:
-Vehicle Mode: Similar base design as the Tragos from Gundam Wing, without the body. He is heavily armored with thick gray slabs of metal. Each slab has a bolt in each corner. His plasma gatling guns are attached on each side with the storage unit built in behind the grenade launcher. The storage unit is sticking about one-fourth of its length out of the tank. There is a blue windshield, shaped like the Lego ones. It is able to open and seat a small bot inside. The grenade launcher is mounted between the windshield and the storage unit for the gatling guns. It has a 300 degree rotation capability. On the back, there are two small jet engines to propel him. On the bottom, he has eight hover generators.
-Robot Mode: He is rather boxish in appearance. His feet are shaped similar to those of a Gundam. Two hover generators are on the bottom of each foot. His legs are rectangular shaped and have the thick slabs of metal for armor. On his upper right leg, his war knife is held in a small case. His pelvic region is also squarish and has the slabs as armor. His chest is shaped like that of the Deathscythe Hell’s, but without the “ribs” and is covered in the metal slabs. His shoulders are large boxes covered in the metal slabs. His arms are rectangular, also covered in the slabs. He has a hydraulic pump connecting each forearm to their upper arm. His forearms are slightly larger than the rest of his arm, and of the same design. The gatling guns are attached to each forearm and extend out in front four inches and in the back six inches, with the metal tubes connecting to the storage unit on his back. His hands are black and shaped similar to a Terran’s. The grenade launcher is mounted on his right shoulder, with the cords connecting it to his body and head. His head is shaped like that of the Gundam Heavyarms, but is all gray and has a mouth. His optics are neon blue.

Weapons:
-Plasma Gatling Gun(x2): These are two gatling guns, Terran in appearance, that measure seven feet in length each and are attached by large clips to each forearm, the side that coincide with the top of the hands. These have five tubes run through three dials along the gun and at the end of the gun, a steel tube is connected to a funnel-like distributor. These tubes lead to the large cylindrical tank that Rune carries on his back. This tank can hold up to 500,000 rounds at one time, is colored solid black and is connected to the tubes at the bottom. The guns are bit large for his forearms, so they stick out from behind about a foot and in front half a foot. The firing mechanism is internally connected to his neural net, to allow his to keep his hands free. Each gun is capable of firing off 20 rounds per second, which can do heavy structural damage to high-medium strength armors. His main weapon.
-Grenade Launcher: Mounted on top of his hover tank and on his right shoulder in robot mode, this weapon can be devastating. It is colored solid black and is shaped like a bazooka, where it has the exit tube, but the other end ends in a large box that is built into his shell, as well as having a couple of cords coming out of it and sticking into his body and the back of his head. The cord connected to his head is for the targeting system, where Rune has special fiber optics that displays a zoomed image of the target. The other two cords control movement, which the launcher is capable of moving in a 90 degree arc while in this mode. The launcher fires grenades that have twice the destructive power of a Terran grenade and they can be launched to distances up to 500 feet away. It takes about five seconds for the launcher to reload itself and Rune carries ten grenades at a time inside himself.
-War Knife: A large knife, measuring a two in length. It is made of a tritanium alloy, virtually indestructible. The one edge is smooth and sharp while the other is ridged. It is able to cut through weaker armors and scratch medium strength armors. In the black handle is a magnet, which has the inverse polarity of the magnet in Rune’s hand. When the knife is removed from its holster, it is stuck in his hand until Rune deactivates the magnetism. When not in use, it is kept in a sheath on his upper right leg.

Equipment:
-Scanner: Your standard scanner capable of picking up any type of signature, Autobot, Decepticon, or Minicon.
-Comm Unit: Your standard, run of the mill communicator, but built into his head. It has the ability to communicate with any other communication device within 500 miles.
-Heavy Armor: Due to his common fights against other big shooters, Rune had specially designed armor grafted to his body, thus the thick gray slabs all over his body. This armor provides double the armor capabilities of a normal Transformer as the slabs are made of three layers, two titanium layers with a layer of tritanium in the middle.
-Bartending Kit: Quite possibly Rune’s pride and joy. He has dreams of opening his own bar one day, but for now, he’s content with this. This is a kit that contains a variety of drinking glass, mixing glasses, drinks, etc. He usually pulls this out on long trips or during down time and is always willing to bartend for his comrades.

Personality: While Rune is an Autobot, he is no goodie too shoes. He has seen exactly what reality is, and he knows that if you want to survive it, you have to prepared to take a few lickings, but be able to dish them back out two-fold. This is the lesson he learned in the Autobot military, and he holds to it every second of the day. Rune’s been around for a while now, so he is definitely a veteran, and as a veteran, takes on a critical look on the other MICOP Unit members. Sometimes he may tell how he feels about someone straight to their face, but he usually keeps it inside and just keeps an optic on them, watching them progress along the way. He does, however, offer advice sometimes, and it is usually good advice coming from a bot who knows his stuff. While Rune is old, he does not show it. He acts and responds like a middle aged bot, with reflexes that are younger. He does have a few stories though, and is always willing to share them, if other want hear them. Before his current stint with the Autobot Military, he was apart of the Cybertronian Guard, the elite security force for politicians. Even though he protected them before, doesn’t mean he likes them. Most of the time, politicians are just bots that paper pushed their way through their service, if any, in the military and that the words that come from their mouths are filthy, often something that sounds good is only said to try and cover up something dirty the politician did. Why does he think this? He thinks it because he knows it. The only exceptions are the very few politicians who were actually thrown into the middle of the battlefields and have seen the carnage. He has great respect for these few bots and knows them to be greater than mere politicians.

He feels that this war between Autobot and Decepticon will never come to an end, but none the less he chooses to battle to protect those who cannot defend themselves. While he feels that the war cannot be won by either side, battles are more than achievable, and that’s what he fights. If one was to think of these conflicts as wars, then they are futile, but if you are to think of them as battles, then you know there is an end and that is what keeps you going. With the recent re-emergence of the Minicons, Rune has brought this philosophy back to life and joined the MICOP Unit because he sees that the Minicons are unable to properly defend themselves against Decepticon attack and cannot bear to see them being forced to do something they do not want to. Rune is very content where he is in the rank system, as he feels that one who commands a unit has to hold a lot of emotions in, and he doesn’t want to do that. He follows the orders given to him to the best of his abilities and he is always willing to work with a couple others, seeing it as an experience to enhance his knowledge and abilities. Seeing that he has never been in contact with any other member of the MICOP Unit before, he is trying to get a feel for them all before fully committing himself to others, but this little tidbit he keeps to himself.

If you were to meet Rune for the first time, the first thing that you would notice is that he is a fighter through and through. He loves to be on the battlefield or on the streets, fighting for pride and honor. If you spent a day with Rune, you would find out that the only thing he loves more than fighting is drinking. If he had the time and resources, he would be at a bar every single night drinking away, just because he loves it. And due to his big size, the alcohol doesn’t get to him, so he can go all night and still be the same as when he started drinking. If you would like a comparison, Rune’s love for drinking rivals that of Wolverine’s from X-Men. The other thing Run loves are big guns. It is harder than hell to try and take Rune’s big guns away from him. More often than not, one would end up dead before they could take his guns away. Overall, Rune is a philosophically watching, politician hating, compassionate fighting drinker. But he is an Autobot.

History: Rune was brought online way before the original discovery of the Minicons. When he was brought online, he was drafted into the Military right away, as part of a special program called the Zeta Group. There were nine others that were brought online into this program at the same time as Rune. For the next 75 stellar cycles, these ten Autobots were trained by the best the Autobots could often while being closely observed by a large group of scientists. Their entire lives were controlled, all for the purpose of creating the perfect soldiers. They were continuously and rigorously trained everyday until the powers that be decided to send them into battle. As expected, they won the battle, but four of the units, excluding Rune, went haywire and went into a stasis lock during the battle. The units were taken back to the facility and all were put into stasis lock so they could be studied to see what was different about them. When they were eventually brought back online, they went straight back to the training for another ten stellar cycles. Eventually, the Powers that be decided to fully instate them into the Military. And so the Zeta Group was sent on some of the deadliest missions and always came back. They spent the next ten stellar cycles living this way, moving from one dangerous mission to another. Eventually, though, a time of ceasefire came and the Zeta Group was put back into stasis. 150 stellar cycles passed and the war broke out again. The Decepticons, finally finding the location of the infamous Zeta Group, attacked the facility, slaughtering the scientists and small personnel there. During the attack though, a few scientists managed to re-activate the Zeta Group. Rune was one of the first to awake, but when all of them were finally reactivated, were told to run and blend into society. They were designed to be the quintessential Autobot soldiers, but their time had not yet come. They would know when it did. And so the Zeta Group split up and went to begin their new lives, leaving the Decepticons to find nothing but the few remaining scientists.

Rune, as if by instinct, joined up with the Autobot Military and quickly excelled skill wise. He was assigned with a unit on the front lines of the battlefield. His comrades became amazed at his skills that they decided to make him squad leader, but he declined, desiring only to be in the battle. He spent the next 20 stellar cycles in the Military before being reassigned to another task. He was reassigned to the Cybertronian Guard, the elite bodyguard unit of the most powerful politicians on Cybertron. Rune quickly learned the ropes, not only of his job, but of politics as well. He grew to dislike politics, but he stayed with his job despite that. It was during this tenure that the Minicons were first discovered, and the armies weren’t the only ones to seek these small Transformers. The politicians Rune was assigned to guard all wanted to exploit the Minicon powers for themselves and this is where Rune drew the line. He told the politicians off to their faces and resigned. He didn’t want to go back to that life, so he did want he was told to. He blended into society.

Rune began looking around Cybertron for a new trade. He spent more than a stellar cycle looking until he found what he truly liked. He befriended a local barkeep and he began taking lessons on bartending. After their friendship bloomed, Rune was given his bartending kit and a job at his friend’s bar. As he began his job there, the Autobots and Decepticons came to an agreement and sent the Minicons away, fearing their potential was too much for any one to harvest. Many years passed and Rune was becoming better and better all the while. His skills as a bartender were close to being perfect and he had taken a second job as a bouncer, so he frequently had to get physical with the rowdy crowd that visited the bars often. After giving a bot a beating, that bot came back the next night and invited Rune to a little fighting tournament, underground of course. Rune, whose fighting nature still flourished inside, accepted the offer. A few days later, the tournament started and Rune quickly progressed, easily defeating his opponents until he came to the Finals. His opponent, a fighter named Trayos, proved to be Rune’ equal. The match lasted for more than a mega cycle, neither bot giving the other a break. Then, as if he was hit with a steel beam, Rune realized that Trayos was another member of the Zeta Group, and he tried to tell Trayos this, but he did not care and attacked Rune, knocking him down and taking the advantage to take the win. Before Rune had a chance to talk to Trayos about their past, he had fled and Rune never saw him again. So Rune went back to his life, but things changed. As he left the bar, he was approached by two bots. They revealed themselves to be the creators the Zeta Group and that Rune and Trayos were the only surviving members. Unfortunately, Trayos had gone criminal and underground, so Rune was the only one left. They told Rune that their intelligence had gathered enough information to suggest that the Decepticons were about to make a large strike, and that his skills were invaluable for the coming battle. They offered him his own squad to command, but Rune declined the offer, saying he would rather be in the battle. And so Rune rejoined the Autobot Military and was assigned to a random unit. But the unit he was assigned to was soon assigned to a different task…
