This tells us what your character is called. The NAME is the actual unit name of your character, and may or may not be what he/she goes by. An ALIASES is any name, other than your characters NAME and SERIAL NUMBER, that he/she goes by. It may be a nickname or otherwise. The SERIAL NUMBER tells the numerical code for your character. All SERIAL NUMBERS should be writen in this format: VMME- 000-000. The last 3 numbers will be assigned by me. The SPARK IDENTITY refers to the former self of a Vehicon. If this character existed before the name of that character must be listed here, and approved by me.

This tells us whose side your character is on. All character's FACTION is Vehicon. There are no non-Vehicon PC's on this RPG. For ALLEGINCE there are many choices, which include: Megatronian Loyalist, Unicronian Loyalist/Slave, Decpticon Force, Brotherhood of Steel. All characters must belong to one of these groups. There are NO independents. The RANK, signifies how high the character is on the leadership ladder. The RANK is assigned by me, concering the level of the charater's description.

FUNCTION:
There are 3 TYPES for Vehicons. The first TYPE is Basic, this is the normal Vehicon. They have 63 stat points, and are the easiest to get. All first-time players must start with a Basic Vehicon. The second type of Vehicon is Triple-Changer. This is a Basic Vehicon, but with 2 alternate modes instead of one. Triple-Changers have 66 stat points. The third and last Vehicon TYPE is Neo-Metal. Neo-Metal is the hardest Vehicon type to get. They are only given to good characters, and are only available to Senior RPG players. Neo-Metals get 68 stat points.There are multiple SUB-TYPES as well. The first SUB-TYPE is Gestalt Componet. Components are an individual part of a gestalt. There must be at least 3 members to form a Gestalt. Components are either Basic or Neo-Metal. There are also casstetes. They are all at size small or X-Small, and belong to a player character. A single character can have up to 5 cassetes under his control. There are also enhancments. The first enhancment is Oracle-Enhancment. An Oracle-Enhancent gives 2 extra points to the stats. Other enhancments will become available at later times. The VEHICLE-MODE is simply the characters alternate mode. Only Triple-Changers have an ALTERNATE MODE. It is their third form, and may or may not be a vehicle. All Vehicons must have at least one vehicle alternate form. The FUNCTION is what your character's job is. What he or she does.

Here you list your character's HEIGHT in feet, along with their size classification. Sizes available are located below:
X-Small: 1-3'
Small: 4-6'
Medium: 7-10'
Large: 11-15'
X-Large: 16-20'
Optimal: 21'+
X-Large and Optimal must have special moderator permission. Optimal's are very rare, and usually reserved for NPC's.
THEME SONG:
QUOTE:
These two are optional. THEME SONG is your character's song that would play whenever you character appears, if the RPG were animated. It can also be your character's favorite song. A QUOTE is anything your character has said before, that you think should be noted. It can be his battle cry, motto, creed, or simply a favorite saying.
PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION:
Here describe exactly what your character looks like. The more details the better, this is important and should always be included. If this is not written I will not even glance at the char. Pictures help, and are encouraged, but not required. Under PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION there should be 3 sections: Vehcile Mode, Transformation, and Robot mode. If your character is a triple-changer than you must describe the third mode as well.
STATS:
Here is where we find out how powerful your character is. There are 8 slots to fill, and you have a pool of 63 points for Basic Vehicons. For Triple-Changers you get 66, and Neo-Metals get 68. Each slot must have at least 1 point and no more than 10. The 8 slots are listed below:

Neo-Metals must have at least 9 Stamina and 9 Firepower. All other slots are open.
ABILITIES:
Here you list any abilites that your character may have. Including great strength, speed, intelligence, etc. Along with flight or telepathy.
WEAPONS:
Here you list all weapons that your character has. Make sure that the amount and strength of your weapons matches your Firepower rating. Weapons will be checked very closely. Include everything about the weapon including: Appearence, Ammunition, Recoil, Power, Damage, etc.
EQUIPMENT:
Here you list all pieces of equipment that your character has access to. If it isn't listed here he/she can't use it!
PERSONALITY:
Here you tell us what your character is like. Make sure to include his or her likes and dislikes. Make sure this matches your Intelligence and Discipline.
HISTORY:
Here you list anything your character did before the Techno-Organic War. Your Vehicon may or may not have a very long history.
MISSION HISTORY:
Here you list all the missions your character has appeared in, along with the major things that that character did. This MUST be updated regularly, preferably after every mission has ended.
