FF1 Armor

-This is a list of all of the armor in Final Fantasy 1. The "found" column is where the armor is first bought or found. The higher the absorb, the better the armor. Evade % is also something to consider since it involves how often you are missed by an enemy's attack. The ribbon is one of the best pieces of armor in the game seeing that it prevents all status effects, unfortunately there are only 3 in the game. Three armors in the game cast spells when used as an item, I've noted those at the bottom. Keep in mind that only certain characters are only compatible with certain armors, use the key below.

F=Fighter
BB=Black Belt
RM=Red Mage
T=Thief
WM=White Mage
BM=Black Mage
K=Knight
M=Master
RW=Red Wizard
N=Ninja
WW=White Wizard
BW=Black Wizard

-Note that a plus next to the character abbreviation shows that their upgraded version can also use it. For example a F+ indicates that both a fighter and a knight can use that weapon.
