M.D. Geist
M.D Geist is regarded by most anime circles as the worst anime ever. I, however, believe they are all completely wrong. M.D. Geist is the story of a super-soldier created by the government and then abandoned by the same people. The movies (I and II) are about him totally flipping out and killing lots of people. No, there is no real plot, no, the characters are not three dimensional, but there's lots of blood and cool violence, with cool japanese guitar rock in the background. This is one of my all-time favorite animes, so go rent it.
