If you feel your planet is being ruled unfairly you can rebell. Usually done by teams or gangs, if you can run though the army of the planet and the ruler surrenders or is beaten, then the people of the planet get to vote on who becomes the next leader. The council will not intervene if the cause is just. And remember, all is fair in love and war. In a rellion, you can do anything u need to do; such as brib army members, hire bounty hunters, etc.
