He was placed as Chief Technician on a space mission (with Marleena, Dr T. E. Scope and Evelyn Powers) but resented the whole shuttle program because it relegated him to the status of "gofer". Had he known his role in the project he would have returned to his small farm where at least he could rule his animals. When he crashed in the Grimwoods Biff was welcomed among the Beastmen that inhabitated the woods and was worshipped like a God. He was changed into Beast Man by Skeletor as he felt out of place with his new friends. Biff's cruel nature spilled on the outside and he became a true Beast Man with a lion's mane, fangs and the power to communicate and command bloodthirsty creatures such as dragons, gorgons, ogres and snakes. However Biff was robbed of his intelligence which was transferred to Skeletor and became the bumbling clown we know and love today. The Beastmen are savages and hunters, and have been seen riding dragons, as they have the ability to control the minds of animals. They never stray far from the Grimwoods but Beast Man, because of his relations with Skeletor, was promoted leader. Beast Man is a stealthy hunter and a master of his Stun Whip which is his main weapon. He roams the woods and is very loyal to Skeletor. He has immense strength and has been known to pull trees out from their roots. The Hairy One (a.k.a. Fangs or Fur-Face) would love to get his teeth around Moss Man, the forest Guardian.
