HISTORY:
Max, Grifter's younger brother, has followed Cole's footsteps. When Savant found him, Max was already working for I.O.(International Operations) in a mission to infiltrate the mob. The problem is that he went too far, commiting murder for the criminals he was supposed to arrest. As a double agent, he was hated by both the cops and the criminals. A hunted man, with no place to go. no other choice but to join Majestic's colder and bloodier WildC.A.T.S.

His teammate, Ladytron, got a crush on him and believed he felt the same way about her, which wasn't true. When he was severely injured in a bombing attack, Max took that chance to run away as soon as he got better, leaving the WildC.A.T.S.

Later in the series, after Moore's run, he is killed by a woman who descended from a woman Max had left to die in the past. His teammate Olympia avenged him and was forced to leave the C.A.T.S.

Cash didn't have any superhuman powers. He was in the team only to play Grifter's role and to hide from those who wanted him dead.
