DESCRIPTION:
A large overmuscled man witha  long flowing cape and nearly 50 inch biceps, or in his 
true form, a scrawny 13 year old boy.

HISTORY:
Prime is an Ultra, the Ultraverse equivalent of a mutant. In his 13 year old form (which
he can change into with a FEAT) all of his physical stats are FE. He reverts into this form
if he has less than 20 health remaining. He recieved this ability from his "Father" (his 
real parents are divorced), the creator of the Prime Substance, Dr. Gross. Prime is the 
most stable of Gross's creations-himself being one as well. The Prime substance is a goo 
that is emmited from the hosts body, much like a symbiote. The new form is usually an 
overly muscled body (clothes included) but the lesser stable forms of it often degenerate 
quickly and can only hold their new state for a short while, the lesser stable versions of
the Prime substance-or organism as it is an arganic slime, often hafe a deformed body, or 
some sort of twisted image. Prime helped to form Ultraforce with Hardcase and once left 
to pursue his own goals, taking on a new image-Rogue Prime. In this incarnation, Prime 
looked like an 80's rocker in his garb. He later had a change of heart and realized what
it meant to be a hero.
