Stealth Viper

Stealth Viper has been a known scout and assassin for several rougue organizations, though he went into hiding sometime after the Earth Reconstruction. It is unlikely that he had registered for the Exodus to Mars.

Viper has a special body armor which hovers around his body. This armor also has attacked arms for his use. This armor can detatach an be used by remote.

Location: Forest Reserve Station.

This is a special facility located some kilometers from Zenethia, and houses several square miles of forest, plants and flora from all over the Earth, planned for later use in the during the creation of Elysium.
This facility if vital to all of Elysium, and eliminating the threat is a high priority.
