Here are a few examples of how Elven can spice up the conversation between two Elves.
Greeting:
Anar: Danellosi toror'!
Celdon: Ahh, Aya! Sut naa lle umien sina re?
Anar: Amin quel.
Celdon: Amin valina an lle.
Anar: Mani nae lle umien?
Celdon: Amin caela naa kyerme a' Ailoki.
Translation:
Anar: Greetings brother!
Celdon: Ahh, Hail! How have you been today?
Anar: I am well.
Celdon: I am happy for you.
Anar: What have you been doing?
Celdon: I have been praying to Drake.
Greeting 2:
Stranger: Danellosi Druc.
Druc: Danellosi toror, amin sinta lle?
Crux: Aiya, amin hiraetha mellon. Amin essa naa Faldor na Aier'Eboracum.
Druc: Amin aaya tuulo' Aier'Eboracum vequel.
Crux: Ta' naa aglar tal.
Druc: Uma, amin mela eska.
Translation:
Stranger: Greetings Druc.
Druc: Greetings brother, do I know you?
Crux: Oh, I'm sorry friend. My name is Faldor of Aier'Eboracum.
Druc: I hail from Aier'Eboracum aswell.
Crux: It is a glorious city.
Druc: Yes, I love my home.
Farewell:
Quinn: Namaarie mellon, aa’ lasser en lle coia orn n' omenta gurtha.
Thalaric: Diola lle, toror'. Tenna’ ento lye omenta
Translation:
Quinn: Farewell friend, may the leaves of your life tree never turn brown.
Thalaric: Thank you brother. Until next we meet.
