The bonds that hold me
To a single course
In life's busy race
And everyday the challenges I face
As a teenaged boy who tries to keep pace
In a world designed to mold his thoughts
And crush his spirit
And prepare him for a life not worth living
In a society designed to use and abuse
His power as the next generation
