It's been about two months , but I'm bored and it is late so I'm going to tell you my story. Some of you might remember me. My Ee san Jujak was named LifeWater. Here is the story in its entirety, I’m not quite sure how all of this is linked to my banishment, but it all seem to contribute to it.

It began on a certain day Early-Mid Decemeber 2000. I had been in a little vale battle, and I lost heh. I was quite mad about other things as well, so I called rogue MeTrY some names ( not very nice, something along the lines of “Stupid hoe” etc... ) , and within a few minutes she reported me. I wasn’t worried, the justice system wouldn’t do anything right? They usually never do...well at least when I reported people they didn’t. Well unfortunatly in this case, I was one of the unlucky ones. It turns out MeTrY ended up reporting my about two or three times. So about a week later ( or something like that, can’t remember anymore ) I was summoned to court by a friend of mine Judge Tip.

There were 3 people in the court that day, Judge Tip, Iucidium, and myself. Judge tip began his lecure, telling me things to the nature of “Im sure you nkow this language isn’t allowed” etc... So I agreed with him and told him I was sorry and that i had lost my head and it wouldn’t happen again.

Now this is where things get a little weird. I’m not sure if this ties in with my banishment, but it seems to make sense. Before they allowed me to leave, Tip began asking me unusual questions that had NOTHING to do with my case. Such general questions as “When did you start this game?”. “Around what event did you start?”. So I told them I started around August-September 1999, the time of the first anniversary ( I’m born Yuri 27 Fall I think, can’t remember. ), but I came right after the First Anniversary so I had missed the legend mark. So then Iucidium said “You don’t know your character was well as you should”. So I immediatly asked them if they were ASSUMING I character shared. Of course they said no, and I was sent off on my way. I was a little shaken up because people like NetWiz and DBeck were starting rumors a few weeks before saying, that I character shared and I figured they talked with the judges about it totry and get me banned.

Next thing I remember, is that I had bought a Mirror for 1 mil coins and 3 spikes for a friend of mine. I proceeded on a hunt with either Falacor orr Manual, I can’t recall exactly who. After that I went to bed. Around 11 am in the morning I get a phone call. Its my friend Thomas ( Owner of the Character Angelarch on Nexus ). He calls me up telling me that his character was blocked and he wanted to know what was going on. So he asks me to try to get on my character just to see if perhaps nexon was down. I tried to get on and what do u know, Im blocked also. I try to get on the parton page to see if maybe my registration was up, nope, “Your account has been blocked”. So now, Impissed off because Im up 4 hours too early, my account is blocked, and I was planning a nice long powerhunting week for my vacation time from school. So I immediatly begin emailing Delphi, 3 times infact. And I began calling... getting busy signals of course. I finally get through, only be to told be Emma that I CANNOT speak to Delphi, and she also said “ If she spoke to everyone that had a problem, he would be here all day.” ( I guess he was getting tons of calls because of those “secret banishments” eh? ) A few hours later I get an email from Delphi saing my accounts were blocked due to character sharing ( I’ll explain the multiple accounts in a second )

If you’ve read this far, this is where things get confusing... so read slow. I technically have 2 accounts. I own the LifeWater account. And I own my friend Thomas’ account (Angelarch). You see Angelarch pays me the money to register Nexus and I register him on my Credit Card, but I don’t have access to his characters, I don’t have his passwords.

So when I was banished, so was Angelarch, coincidence? I think not. Nexon thought we shared characters. But why would Nexon think that we shared accounts? Easy... if you know anything about DNS entries, you should know that when you log onto a nexon server, they record it on their server.

If your confused.... heres a quick example.. Lets say you have AOL, when you log onto nexus your DNS server address would be recorded as: 134-253-564.ipt.aol.com. This happens for all ISPs, and everyone ISP has a different DNS entry. They might also just log IP Adresses, or IP and DNS Addresses, but anyways...you get the point im sure.

Now here is where all my thories come in, they are quite similar but.... oh well.

Theory 1:
Angelarch comes over my house once and a while and he uses the computer next to me, and we simulatenuously play. Now when Delphi goes and checks the log entries, he sees that both of MY accounts are logged on and being played at the same time. Delphi doesn’t know that both accounts are owned by seperate people. This is one of mytheories. ( this theory also holds true for when Angelarch is at his house playing at the same time I am )

Theory 2:
Since the computer I play on is much faster then the computers Angelarch has, when I goto bed Angelarch plays my computer and logs of the slower one. You must remember my computer is on a cable modem and the one next to it was on a dailup connection. So if Delphi were to review the login entries it would look something like this. ( DNSEntires below are only examples )

For those of you that are lost and need a further explanation, since my cable modem has a static IP adress, they notice Angelarch logs off the first computer then jumps on my computer, it would seem as thou I am actually logging on his name.

Of course these are just theories. I will never be sure as to how Nexon came to the conclusion that I character shared. I never shared, and neither has Angelarch. I have sent Delphi MANY emails about this, explaining what I have wrote on this board. All my emails were ignored. I haven’t got one reply.

So... do you think my banishment was justifiable? I don’t think so. How would you feel if you had 1.2 years of hard work ripped away from you? I know its ONLY a game. But I spent a lot of time on it. I would like to hear what everyone else has to say.
