This case happened a while ago, and I will not look into the logs any more about it.

I can tell you that if one of you shared, and both accounts were registered under the same name then youwould both be blocked as to our accounts system it would be the same person, and there for the samepunishment.

This is the last time I will respond to any letters on this topic, it has past, and you have been informed why.

Approximately 2-3 months ago, my character ( LifeWater ), along with my friend Thomas' character ( AngelArch ), were banished. At first we were not notified as to why the characters were banned, but after an email from you, I was notified that both characters were banned for Character Sharing which is against the licensed agreement. This accusation was made in mistake, neither myself or the owner of Angelarch character shared with each other or anyone else. Allow me too elaborate on the situation.

Me ( LifeWater ) and my friend Thomas ( Angelarch ) decided to make a joint venture into the world of Nexon. The deal would be that he would pay me and I would register him under my credit card. But under no circumstances did we ever share our characters. My accountwas used by only me, and Angelarchs account was used only by him. I have too assume the reason you banned us by checking the log entries and noticing the ISP logins. I can explain this as well. Thomas ( owner of AngelArch ) has no ISP so he used a variety of them, among the few were NetZero, America Online ( under a name I created for him ), Altavista, and most importantly, the cable connection at my house, powered by Road Runner Inc. During this time we would take turns at the computer which would make both DNS adresses the same. And later on at night Angelarch would use the computer downstairs which was connected througha dailup connection I would assume that the similiar login DNS entries, and different longin entries within minutes had made you assume we were character sharing. We both Live in the New York area withing blocks of each others houses, And since I have 2 computers in my house, it was possible to log in through different ISP's almost instantly.

But I assure you that this is incorrect. Angelarch's account and LifeWater's account are on the same credit card and under my name ( Joseph O'Neill ), but are controlled by two totally different people, and at no time, EVER, were they shared. Please reconsider this banishment decision. I have supplied you with sufficient information about this case to prove both Angelarch and myself's innocense. If this is not enough, you may want to confer with friends of mine, such as Primogeness NinaP of the Dharma clan, WorldWalker, Muppets, Ogg, Shini, WildHair, BillyLee and Jmorgan. These people were very close to Me( LifeWater ) and AngelArch and can tell you our constant personalities and additudes never changed, also proving we did not character share.
