Fred
Named after the creator of FB, Fred is a rather normal kid who changed when an unexpected mutation (yeah, corny, I know) turned him into a Magi. A Magi/Magus is a being whose magic power is so powerful and controlled that he has undergone a physical transformation. While mages are typically physically weak, the Magi transformation makes them superhumans. Fred is a natural Magi, similar to Gohan from Dragon Ball Z. He has an abundance of energy but no training on how to use it. Thus, he uses huge, roundabout methods for all his spells and magical attacks. He has little edge on a more experienced magician with less potential but with more control over his powers. Fred has been hanging on the streets for a year. He was brought to the Final Battle world by Thrash and Badcat, and his being brought there caused the worlds to finally merge. When Fred enters into FB, he has little experience and is mainly a two-bit thug. But his inner desire for peace and justice will transform him in the Final Battle.
Abilities:
Advanced Etherealization: All of the Magis can develop the ability to basically D-Step (go to a different dimension) instead of just intangibilizing.
Automatic Dodge: An automatic dodge. Not an uncommon ability.
Automatic Dodge with Counterattack: Automatically counterattacks and dodges. Not an uncommon ability.
Bahamut Morph: Morphs into dragons. Can build up to Infinity Bahamut.
Barrier Disc: This disc rips barriers to shreds, but does little more.
Barrier Drain: Fred can drain the power out of other people's barriers!
Barrier Wind: After charging for a turn or two, it "blows away" barriers.
Blaster ZanMagJi: Charges exponentially by number attached; if x2, the first turn a small amount is available, the second turn double the original, third quadruple, fourth x8, etc.
BlockWave: Fred creates a small "block" at the end of his fist, and then punches said block. This has the effect of making a massive shockwave, allowing him to punch out blasts.
Charge Bolts: Numerous, small red squares signifying a "lock" appears on the enemy. The next turn, each one of these red squares is hit by a yellow plasma-like beam.
Chemical Morph: Fred's jacket is replaced by a giant shirt with tons of corporate logos of sodas and sugary things, his pants are green with Mountain Dew placed all over them, and Fred is on a rush, but after the morph is done, Fred is tired and haggard.
Cloak: All of the Magis can cloak.
Color Dissolve: Fred's energy makes everything white, and then the damage is inflicted.
Crater Maker: By causing successive sonic vibrations, Fred makes a massive super-sonic kinetic field that will bruise both enemies and the environment alike!
Destructive Shield: By ripping holes through the space-time continuun, Fred makes a destructive energy shield.
Empower Armor: Empowers armor with magic.
Empower Shots: Empowers shots with magic.
Energy Absorption Gel: Fred creates a gel that negates all energy running through it. In one continuity, Fred uses this to destroy Android #19 by ripping off his arms and putting the gel on. This #19 could regenerate arms, but when he tried to absorb energy once more, it would just hit the shoulder and eventually caused #19 to put his guard down, allowing Fred to annihilate him!
Energy Bullets: Creates a small payload of bullets of pure energy for any gun. The bullets have the same effect as the real thing. The higher the level, the higher the payload.
Energy Enhancement Field: Fred can create a field that will boost the power of magic, energy attacks or psionics going through it.
Etherealize: This is a standard Magi ability, the ability to become intangible for short periods.
Flight: Fred flies naturally at 700+ mph... unfortunately, he can't keep it up for long...
Lightshow: Fred creates a massive light beam that has two functions. First, it has a "targeted damage" function, which does intense damage to stated targets and stated targets ONLY. It's second purpose is to function as a sort of flashbang or Solar Flare.
Maggatling: This unique move is developed by Fred but can be used naturally by all the Magis. Maggatling is a combination TK-energy blast. Basically, energy pulses are accompanied by a TK "bullet". At close range, the "muzzle flashes" are powerful pulse energy blasts. At long-distance, a basically instantaneous shot hits enemies.
MagKogRyu: Multiplies power by the number attached; MagKogRyu x10 would increase power ten times.
Magi TK: All the Magis have a weak TK designed to grab objects, unlock doors, and do similar, small things.
Molecular Diffusion: By weakening the bonds between his enemy's molecules, Fred can lower their defense greatly.
Molecular Diffusion Strike: Fred first does Molecular Diffusion and then takes advantage of the even lower defense to nail his enemy.
Open Oneself: Fred takes hits and blasts only to feed on them.
Particle Swirl: Fred makes a sort of hurricane-shaped disc around him out of super-charged dust particles released by the effects of DBZ style fighting.
Particle Tornado: Fred makes a whirlpool-like field of super-chared dust particles.
Phased Matter: Fred teleports his real matter elsewhere and only keeps the observance pattern where it is; enemies attack the observance pattern while the real "him" is elsewhere.
Power Sense: Fred's sensory power allows him to sense "power" in many ways.
Power Sphere: A small sphere of powerful control. Thanks, Brett Hegr, for the idea.
Prismatic Flame: Fred fires huge, spread-out bolts of white burning energy.
Prism Shatter: Fred shatters ordinary light to powerful, prismatic energy blasts.
Remote Charge Ball: Fred launches a blast. He can then charge it like a regular blast, filling up (even inside of enemies)! Evil and misleading.
Repulsion Field: Basically, Fred sets a damage level. The barrier protects against all attacks up to and including that damage level, but not any more. This includes individual shots in bursts, which means that high-burst weapons with comparatively low-damage individual shots will do nothing. If Fred goes below the maximum damage level, the barrier lasts longer and absorbs more.
Repulsion Velocity: This modification of Repulsion Field stops attacks below a certain velocity. This is useful for people who drop or throw big items.
Repulsion Web: This modification of Repulsion Field works in the same way, but is affected by weight instead. This means that a single, high-velocity, small round will be shorted out.
Shinken: Does a number of energy blasts which is equal to the exponent attached; x20 would do 20 blasts.
Slash Blade: Fred learns this later than DF. Fred creates a blade of glowing white energy. He can split his into claw-like extensions of his fingers.
Slow Punches: By affecting gravity, Fred can make his punches slow down to a mere fraction of his regular speed, but hit with several times the power when they connect!
Spray Deflect: By going with someone's blast and letting the energy "spray" then blasting it back, Fred can reverse his enemy's attack!
Time Attack 1: Fred moves into the Time Continuum and is invulnerable and invisible until he comes streaming into his enemy.
Time Attack 2: Fred moves fast enough to pierce into the Timestream, then twists it to blast enemies. Timestream blasts are exceptionally good at penetrating armors and barriers, as they can "phase" to when the barrier and armor did not exist!
Transcendent Form: Fred becomes a combination of energy and matter. This transformation is one aspect of the Universal Magi transformation..

Solar Crusher: Fred smiles, waves his hand, and down comes beams of light from the sky.
L4-9:
Cataclysm: The skies open and bolts of pure energy slams the enemy, charring the landscape and the foes.
Ride the Lightning: Storms appear; Fred leaps up, shouts "Ride the Lightning!!" and a lightning bolt strikes him. He then proceeds to shock the enemy badly.
ULB:
Dragon Armageddon: His first ULB has him combine all of his weapons into one destructive super-weapon, morph into Infinity Bahamut, and blast the enemy.
Ultimate Attack: His second ULB does the Overlord's Ultimate Attack.
Ultimate Weapons:
Antimatter Rifle: A slowly charging rifle that blasts balls of antimatter. It has an unlimited payload and can also switch to firing intense beams of the antimatter.
Atom Smasher: A powerful baseball bat.
Blender Gauntlets and Disc: Forearm weapons and shields of intense irritation. For one, they are tipped by the Blender Discs, that fire remote controlled chain discs. They have chain blades on the forearm and glove that can be used to gnarl enemies, and they can be used to become Scorpion-style meathooks.
Fred Revolvers:
Fred Special: A pendulum attached to a chain attached to a dagger. It also transforms into a katana.
Hellfire Infinity: A powerful motorcycle.
Prismatic Flamethrower: Launches the evil Prismatic Flame in a flamethrower format.
Super Jacket: Fred's Super Jacket offers superior protection and can even transform into a Fighting Machine exoskeleton!
Vengeance Star: Fred's morning star.
Ultimate Personal Power:
Depending on how Fred is played, he will achieve this plateau at different times and for different reasons. However, when he achieves UPP, he gets on the road to becoming a Universal Magi! Fred is the strongest Universal Magi and symbolizes Power. This means that he has fewer limitations than the other Magis. He basically looks like an adult, beefed up Fred.

Fred- I created Fred in my own image, so I like him. His speed makes him pretty useful. He has a lot of raw power but doesn't use his power efficiently. He does require a smart player, but he is very well-rounded. When Bahamut is finished, it gives him a very big edge.
