Garlic Jr.

Although Garlic Jr. appears to be permanently defeated at the end of the Garlic Jr. DBZ saga (sent into the Endzone), there are probably routes of escape he had not thought of. For one thing, he probably didn't know about Goku's technique of Instant Transmission, which is apparently capable of teleporting anywhere. Also, Dragon Balls or other wishes could potentially get him out of the Void. In addition, the BossMaster might be able to bring him back. However, one would also have to bring back the Makyo Star or find some alternate form of power, as Garlic Jr.'s power is largely drawn from the Makyo Star.

Abilities:

Endzone: Garlic Jr. can open a portal to the Endzone, a voracious void from there appears to be no escape! However, the Endzone has no loyalty, and can suck up Garlic's allies or Garlic himself!

Growth: Garlic Jr. can transform/grow depending on the proximity of the Makyo Star.

Makyo Star Power: Garlic Jr. can draw amazing amounts of power from the Makyo Star, but it would probably be advisable to get an alternate form of power, as the Makyo Star was Garlic's Achilles heel and it's destruction by Gohan was what lead him to be sucked up into the Endzone.
